We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $8.00 and it is free on orders over $50. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

Because our lotion is handcrafted and is a personal care item, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged or defective product, please reach out and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us.

The 4 oz jar is the everyday size, the one that lives on the nightstand and gets used morning and night by the whole family. The 2 oz jar holds the same lotion in a size made for travel, a handbag or a desk drawer, and it is a good first jar if you have never tried tallow before.

Nitrogen prevents this while also creating a smoother, more stable texture that absorbs better and feels lighter on the skin. Our lotion is nitrogen-whipped, which gives it a light, airy texture and helps prevent oxidation. It is packaged in black glass jars to protect it from light and further preserve its quality. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Thanks to its carefully selected ingredients, especially tallow, beeswax and vitamin E, it has a naturally long shelf life. Stored properly, it should stay fresh for 18 to 24 months, but if you love it as much as we do, it definitely will not last that long.

Yes. Our tallow-based lotion works great as a beard conditioner. The nourishing blend of tallow, jojoba oil and vitamin E helps soften beard hair, moisturize the skin underneath and promote a healthy, well-groomed look.

Because we pack and ship most orders within a day, it is not always possible to change an address once an order is placed. If you notice an error, email us right away at contact@heredisritual.com with your name and order number and we will do everything we can to correct it before your package leaves.
