Air introduces oxygen, which speeds up oxidation and shortens shelf life. Nitrogen keeps the texture smooth and stable, so the lotion absorbs cleanly and feels light on the skin instead of sitting heavy on it.
Made with grass fed tallow
Tallow is close in structure to the oils your own skin already makes, which is why it sinks in so easily. Blended with beeswax and vitamin E, it hydrates, nourishes and protects even the most sensitive skin.

We whip our tallow with nitrogen instead of air, because air brings in oxygen and oxygen shortens shelf life. The result is a smooth, stable whip that feels light on the fingertips and melts as soon as it touches skin. Massage it in and allow a few minutes to absorb. It sinks in cleanly and leaves skin feeling soft, not coated.

The 4 oz jar is the everyday size for the nightstand and the whole household. The 2 oz jar holds the same lotion in a travel size, and it is a good first jar if you are new to tallow.
How do I use it?
